The company portal is a central place where all departments and programs can post useful information, important documents, and forms. The entry page always has the latest news and quick links to access other useful resources.

When the prompt for a username and password comes up while logging into the portal, make sure to enter your usual username followed by @wecare.local as the username (click on the image to the right to see an example). In the password field, enter in your passphrase that you use to log into other company resources. Click Ok to login.

Outlook Web Access is the internet version of the company's email client. It is very likely that your supervisor will expect you to check your email regularly so you can stay up to date with what's going on. In addition, any email correspondence between you and individuals in the community should be done through your Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia email address.

Logging in is quite simple. When you get to the page, enter in your username and passphrase. Once you log in, you will have access to all of your email and access to the global address book which lists contact information for all employees of Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia.
