Professional Info
The MEANS Project of Easter Seals UCP is one of four North Carolina WIPA (Work Incentives Planning & Assistance) Projects funded by the Social Security Administration to provide information, advisement, and benefits management support to individuals, ages 14 to 65, who receive SSI and/or SSDI and who are interested in pursuing employment. Four nationally certified Community Work Incentives Coordinators (CWICs) are responsible for service delivery across 35 counties in north-central and eastern North Carolina.
